Q: is the watch water resistant?
A: The ‘Promessa’ watch is equipped with 50m water resistant. However, the watch is not intended for diving. The watch can tolerate splashes and rains but we advise you not to swim or bath with your watch to prevent leaking into the inner chamber.

Under warranty we will repair your watch at no cost. If it’s not under warranty, we will charge you the repair cost as it is.

After the completion of repair, the watch will be shipped back to you.
Q: how should I maintain the power reserve of my watch?
A: Wear your watch regularly to keep your watch running. When the power reserve is out, the watch will stop moving. To run your watch we advise to wind the crown, as shaking the watch will not suffice to keep the watch running.
