Return Policy

1. Return Policy is only available during the first  seven days after receiving the product
2. Please notify us the problems by email
3. We will give you the address to our facility
4. We advise you to send the watch with box and papers, via insured mail.
5. Items returned must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information intact. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer after notifications.
6. We do not cover the cost of shipping back to our facility.

Refund Policy

2. The watch will be undergone inspection to make sure that everything is in complete condition
