    the inside chamber of the watch.

A: Here’s some tips on how to take care of the watch in general,

  1. Always wash your watch with clean water after contacting salt water, as salt water

    will cause rust and corrosion in a long run

  2. Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, as well as abrupt temperature

    changes.

  3. Do not try to open the case back by yourself

  4. Be very careful around magnetic source as this will affect the accuracy of your watch

  5. Be very careful not to bump or drop your watch as this will affect the inner

    mechanism of the movement.

  6. Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, as well as abrupt temperature

    changes.

Q: how to take care of a watch's leather strap?

A: Here’s some tips on how to take care of leather strap,

  1. Avoid contact with water, salt water or any other types liquid

  2. Avoid direct contact with cosmetics, creams, lotions, perfumes, make-up, detergents,

    solvents or other special industrial leather cleaners.

  3. Avoid exposing the strap to strong sunlight as it may cause discolouration

  4. Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, as well as abrupt temperature

    changes.

Q: is the watch water resistant?

A: The ‘Promessa’ watch is equipped with 50m water resistant. However, the watch is not intended for diving.

The watch can tolerate splashes and rains but we advise you not to swim or bath with your watch to prevent leaking into the inner chamber.

Q: what if I want to repair my watch?

A: you can follow these steps

  1. Please notify us the problems by email

  2. We will give you the address to our servicing facility

  3. We will advise you to send your watch with box and papers, via insured mail.

  4. After receiving your watch, we will inspect your watch to find the damages

  5. You will be notified about your watch

  1. Under warranty we will repair your watch at no cost. If it’s not under warranty, we will charge you the repair cost as it is.

  2. After the completion of repair, the watch will be shipped back to you.

Q: how should I maintain the power reserve of my watch?

A: Wear your watch regularly to keep your watch running. When the power reserve is out, the watch will stop moving. To run your watch we advise to wind the crown, as shaking the watch will not suffice to keep the watch running.

Q: how do i exchange or return my watch?

A: you can follow these steps,

  1. Please notify us the problems by email

  2. We will give you the address to our facility

  3. We advise you to send the watch with box and papers, via insured mail.

  4. Items returned must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the

    original packaging and any protective coverings and product information intact. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer after notifications.

  5. We do not cover the cost of shipping back to our facility.

Q: when will I receive my refund?

A: You will receive the full refund after we receive the watch sent by you.
The watch will undergone inspection to make sure that everything is in complete condition
